It was around 3:30 p.m. that the Suburban Railway transportation service notified users that, due to the repair of a section of track, the frequency of train arrivals at each station would be slow.
Given this, and in order to minimize the effects, the agency indicated that the service would be presented with double trains.
However, in another publication made at 6:30 p.m., the Suburban Train reported that work was still being done on the maintenance and repair of a section of the track in order to normalize the service, so it urged travelers to take precautions. , since circulation is still slow
“Train frequencies are still slow, please consider this for your arrivals and departures. We regret the delays and will continue to inform you,” the tweet reads.
As expected, users have expressed their discontent, as they have pointed out that it is not the only failure that exists in public transportation despite the high rate charged. Likewise, they mentioned that they should announce maintenance in advance to take alternative routes to reach their destinations, since they have been waiting for about 45 minutes.
