For many years he served as a teacher in the Talmud Torah Kamnitz in the Neve Ya’akov neighborhood and in the Talmud Torah Minchat Hinuch, and educated hundreds of students in Torah and piety. In the evening, he taught special guys at Sheikh Sud.

The funeral procession will depart today at 12:30 from the Shamgar Funeral Home in Jerusalem – to the Mount of Olives, where Whitman is buried.
