The late deceased was born in the month of Cheshvan 5764 to his father, the late Rabbi Shaul Leib Rosner, one of the followers of Pinsk Karlin, and to his mother, Mrs. Shprinza. He was orphaned by his mother at a young age.
In his election, he studied at the Maor Einayim yeshiva of the Rachmestrivka Hasidim.
When he reached his age, he married the daughter of the late Rabbi Moshe Sanders, one of the followers of Rachmestrivka, and the couple established their home in the Sanhedria neighborhood.
For many years he served as a teacher in the Talmud Torah Kamnitz in the Neve Ya’akov neighborhood and in the Talmud Torah Minchat Hinuch, and educated hundreds of students in Torah and piety. In the evening, he taught special guys at Sheikh Sud.
Was in a special bond with his teacher and rabbi, his cousin the Rebbe of Pinsk Carlin.
Left behind a blessed righteous generation, sons and daughters, grandsons and granddaughters. Of his children – one daughter has yet to be led to the canopy.
One of his sons is Israel Rosner from Yated Ne’eman.
The funeral procession will depart today at 12:30 from the Shamgar Funeral Home in Jerusalem – to the Mount of Olives, where Whitman is buried.
