Kuwait City: An Egyptian native was arrested in Kuwait with 100 kg of hashish. An Egyptian expatriate working as a fisherman in Kuwait was arrested by the Anti-Narcotics Administration. He tried to smuggle 100 kg of hashish into the country. The seized items are estimated to be worth 2,50,000 dinars. The arrested man admitted that his brother, who was dealing with Iraqi drug traffickers, was deported from Kuwait on drug charges. The brother was part of a group that brought drugs from Iran and dumped them on the shores of Miskan Island near Failaka Island.
