Electric car production in Chennai.. BMW major decision!

Luxury car company BMW recently launched the 3rd generation X1. Now BMW has decided to manufacture the X1 at their plant in Chennai.

Currently, those who book a BMW car in India need up to 1 year for delivery.

BMW now has orders to produce 2,500 BMW cars, 250 mini cars and 1,500 Motorrads.

BMW has decided to increase production further due to high orders and reduce the waiting period from 6 to 1 year.

BMW is also planning to manufacture electric cars at its car manufacturing plant in Chennai.
