The regions of Girona add a new festival. The Castle of Cartellà, in Sant Gregori, will host between Thursday 5 and Sunday 8 October the first edition of Joya new musical date that will have a The Pets, Blaumut and Ramón Mirabet as headliners and which will also offer attendees a wide gastronomic offer with local products and activities and shows for the family audience.
the event, organized by the Acqustic community with the support of Sant Gregori City Councilwill have at least two stages, one of which is designed to host small-format concerts with emerging artists such as Iglú, Julia Nar and Susi Abanades.
The Blaumut group, as part of their tour to celebrate the album’s ten years The Turist, will be in charge of opening the festival on Thursday, October 5. On Friday the 6th, the musician Ramon Mirabet will take to the stage, who will advance in this performance some of the themes that will make up his next studio work. Finally, and as an outstanding headliner, the veteran band Els Pets will close, on Saturday 7, the presentation tour of the album 1963. On the last day, Sunday 8, the public can continue to enjoy music, gastronomy and proposals for the family audience.

As the organization recalls in a statement, the Castle of Cartelà, “an idyllic setting”, is a construction of the 13th century listed as a monument of the municipality of Sant Gregori and declared a cultural asset of national interest.
Tickets can now be purchased through the festival’s website (www.goigfestival.com) with the possibility of buying a pass for the four days from 50 euros.
