LONDON, February 5, 2026 — Elvis Costello & The Imposters, with guitarist Charlie Sexton, are extending their ‘Radio Soul!: The Early Songs of Elvis Costello’ tour with eight additional dates across the UK and Europe, responding to high demand from fans.
Costello Adds Dates Following Fan Response
The expanded tour will bring the total number of shows to 13, including a newly announced performance at London’s O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire on June 20.
- The tour focuses on Costello’s early work, including his 1977 debut album ‘My Aim Is True’ and the 1986 record ‘Blood & Chocolate’.
- Pre-sale for the new dates begins Wednesday, February 4, at 10am local time, with general sale starting Friday, February 6, at the same time.
- Costello will also be joining Neil Young And The Chrome Hearts on their ‘Love Earth’ tour.
- The Imposters lineup includes Steve Nieve, Pete Thomas, and Davey Faragher.
Costello initially announced a five-date tour in December, encompassing performances in Birmingham, London, Portsmouth, Newcastle, and at the TW Classic festival in Werchter, Belgium. The band features The Imposters – Steve Nieve, Pete Thomas, and Davey Faragher – alongside Sexton, known for his extensive work with Bob Dylan.
Sexton first toured with Costello during the ‘Hello Again’ tour in 2021 and has remained a frequent collaborator. Notably, keyboardist Nieve and drummer Thomas were both founding members of Costello’s original band, The Attractions, formed in 1977.
What can fans expect from the ‘Radio Soul!’ tour? The shows will heavily feature material from Costello’s earlier discography, including tracks from ‘My Aim Is True’ and ‘Blood & Chocolate’, with the promise of additional surprises.

Beyond these dates, Costello and his band will also be providing support for Neil Young And The Chrome Hearts during their ‘Love Earth’ world tour, beginning June 19 in Manchester, with subsequent stops in France, Scotland, Ireland, and Wales.
The announcement of these tour dates follows the 2024 release of ‘King Of America & Other Realms’, a six-CD anthology detailing the story of Costello’s 1986 album of the same name. Selections from that album are anticipated to be featured during the 2026 tour.
In other news, Costello is slated to headline the inaugural State Fayre festival in the UK this summer, alongside Neil Young, Kings Of Leon, and The Lumineers. Last year, he participated in a performance celebrating the 50th anniversary of Bob Dylan’s ‘Blood on the Tracks’, sharing the stage with Adam Granduciel and Sharon Van Etten.
