Singer and businessman Emin Agalarov is investing $ 1 million in a new restaurant project KAI, the businessman himself told Vedomosti. The restaurant will open before the end of the year in the businessman’s new shopping center on Novorizhskoe highway.
“A new Japanese restaurant KAI will open by the end of the year in the Estate Mall (19 Novorizhskoe shosse). Investments in this project amount to $ 1 million, ”Agalarov told Vedomosti. He added that he is the only investor in the project and the restaurant opens without attracting borrowed funds. Investments include the cost of finishing the premises for a restaurant, the purchase of equipment, dishes, etc.
Estate Mall is positioned as a premium complex aimed at residents of the surrounding country houses. Most of the space in it will be occupied by catering establishments, service and entertainment operators, a businessman’s representative reported a year ago. Later, Danilovsky Market became the anchor tenant in the new complex, which is scheduled to open in December.
As the representative of Agalarov specified, the businessman is developing more than 50 restaurant projects in Moscow, Moscow region, St. Petersburg and Baku, and about 10 are in the launch stage. The most profitable ones are Lesnoy, Zafferano, CafeMilano, Forte Bello and Fish Box.
