They will not be bound to obey the orders of the boss and the office.

According to the news agency “AFP”, the government introduced the new law from August 26, which will benefit millions of Australian employees.

By law, employees are not bound to respond to mobile messages and e-mails received from the office after office hours and do not answer phone calls if they wish.

Under the law, organizations can contact their employees at any time, but employees have the right to refuse to comply with office orders after office hours.

Under the “Right to Disconnect” law, companies can hire employees in an emergency, but the employee still has the right to refuse to work for the company after assessing the situation and the emergency.

The new law will also apply to a company with less than 15 employees and employees of the said company can refuse to obey the messages and orders of the boss or other office official after the end of office hours.
