Employees can unlock their company savings plan without waiting

Give room for maneuver to the 9.5 million employees who benefit from a company savings plan (PEE). This is the objective of this measure, voted this summer as part of the Purchasing Power Act, while inflation is eating away at household income. The employees concerned can exceptionally withdraw, free of charge, up to 10,000 euros (20,000 euros in the context of a couple where each has a PEE) by the end of the year from their PEE into which the profit-sharing, participation but also, sometimes, the employer’s contribution or unplanned paid leave.
