Energy: panic in HLM and condominiums in the face of exploding heating loads

Some of the twelve million condominiums, including five million social housing (HLM and others), fear the arrival of winter at the highest point. The restart of the heating period is indeed likely to leave traces for these owners or tenants subject to collective heating, a fortiori those whose energy contracts are indexed to the markets. Because in these homes, the amount of charges explodes to cover soaring energy prices.
