Prosecutor Josefin Sävlund has stated in a press release that the man allegedly killed the son by forcefully pushing his head backwards/downwards. The man is facing charges of murder or alternatively, extremely serious assault and aggravated causing the death of another. Additionally, he is accused of assaulting the son between December 5 and 8, 2022, by grabbing his cheeks with force, causing pain and bruising.
“I claim that the man killed the son by forcefully pushing his head backwards/downwards,” says prosecutor Josefin Sävlund in a press release.
The man is charged with murder or, alternatively, extremely serious assault and aggravated causing the death of another. He is also accused of assaulting the son sometime between December 5 and 8, 2022 by grabbing his cheeks hard, causing pain and bruising.
