Essaouira-Mogador Airport: 164,220 passengers at the end of November (ONDA)
Essaouira – Essaouira-Mogador international airport recorded, during the first eleven months of the current year, a commercial traffic volume of 164,220 passengers, according to data from the National Airports Office (ONDA).
This volume represents a recovery rate of 154% for passengers compared to the same period of 2019 (106,405 travelers), specifies ONDA in its latest report on commercial air traffic.
For the month of November 2023 alone, the Cité des Alizés airport platform posted a recovery rate of 88% with 14,724 passengers welcomed, compared to 16,690 travelers during the same period of 2019, the Office reports.
At the national level, ONDA notes that the Kingdom’s airports welcomed, during the first eleven months of the current year, 24,737,734 passengers, representing growth rates of 7 pc compared to the same period of 2019, and 34 pc compared to 2022.
