Individuals already living with heart conditions face even greater risks from vaping. Those with coronary artery blockages or congestive heart failure may experience worsened symptoms, including chest pain. For individuals with arrhythmias, such as atrial fibrillation, nicotine can increase the likelihood of an episode.
