Dutch Eurovision 2024 entrant Joost Klein faces expulsion from the competition. According to Swedish media reports, the cause may have been a physical confrontation between the participant and the photographer.

It is known that the sign with the participant’s name and the Dutch flag was removed from his dressing room. According to official information, the European Broadcasting Union has launched an investigation into the incident and has suspended Klein’s participation in rehearsals until further notice.
During the rehearsal stage, Jost Klein was only seen during the presentation of the finalists, but when it was his turn to perform the song, he was not found, and the rehearsal continued without him. The European Broadcasting Union subsequently issued a statement saying it was investigating the incident involving the Dutch artist and temporarily suspending his participation in rehearsals.
Meanwhile, the Netherlands may lose their participation in Eurovision due to this incident, but there is no official confirmation of this information yet.
The organizers are expected to provide further comments on this issue in the near future, but at the moment the status of Joost Klein’s participation in Eurovision remains in doubt.
