Eurydice and Giorgos Theofanous reunited on stage at Athens’ historic Médousa venue, marking a joint performance 24 years after their divorce.
The appearance during Theofanous’ “90s Party” series on Sunday, October 25, brought together the two artists, who were married in 1993 and share a son, Angelos.

The reunion unfolded at the Médousa venue. Eurydice was the first special guest of Giorgos Theofanous.
Stepping up as a special guest, Eurydice performed. The evening marked their first stage partnership since 2013, when Eurydice presented the music show titled “Parallel Paths” in November of that year and Giorgos Theofanous appeared as a guest, sitting at the piano and accompanying her on their major songs from the 90s.
Decades of Music and Mutual Respect
Theofanous composed many of Eurydice’s defining hits. Following their separation, the two maintained a close relationship.
I don’t know what relationship I would have with Giorgos now if the child didn’t exist, I can’t know. I know though that I love Giorgos very much and I know that he loves me too, we are like brothers. I feel him as my family. And when we divorced I wanted us to stay close. I’ve known Giorgos since I was a child, from 18 years old. I bring his image to my mind and then Angelos’s next to him – that’s why I very often say that I love him like my son. And that will not change,
