Evaristo Lenin Pérez Rivera goes to the IEC to register for the government of Coahuila
Evaristo Lenin Pérez Rivera went to the Electoral Institute of Coahuila to register as a candidate for Governor of the Democratic Unity of Coahuila and the Green Ecologist Party of Mexico, where he endorsed the commitment to rescue the state and lead it towards a future of social justice and progress. He was accompanied by relatives, hundreds of militants and supporters, according to what he points out in a statement.
“We are a responsible left, which seeks for Coahuila to live like the rest of the country, the winds of change, we know what has to be done and we tell them, see that Coahuila that is possible, that Coahuila that does not have corruption, see that Coahuila with a modern government that we are all proud of, look at it because that Coahuila is yet to come” commented the applicant during his message to supporters.
In the same way, he highlighted “I am proudly the son of Evaristo Pérez Arreola, leader of the UNAM union, federal deputy for the Mexican Communist Party, I am the only one who has never been a member of the PRI and also the only one who has not been defeated by the PRI.”
For his part, the National Councilor and Secretary of Electoral Action of the Green Party, Arturo Escobar y Vega, said “Lenin represents the only left that will be on the ballot, we represent the interests of the new left that is governing Mexico, the time has come to give Coahuila a change, for this reason he wants to ask the supporters of the Green and UDC to be one team in Coahuila, I am convinced that we are going to give the bell “.
In registering Lenin Pérez’s candidacy, he was accompanied by the mayor of Acuña Emilio de Hoyos Montemayor, the local deputy Yolanda Elizondo Maltos; On behalf of the Green, the National Delegate Francisco Elizondo, the General Secretary in Coahuila Claudia Rodríguez Márquez, as well as Refugio Sandoval, secretary of electoral action in Coahuila, were present.
