As it was during his meeting with Ali Bongo Ondimba in the past, the appointment of my friend Charles Mba to the post of High Commissioner constitutes, once again, an opportunity for the resistant Diaspora, for my friends and acquaintances to challenge me, not only on my current political position, but also on the silence that I observe.

While reaffirming my strong friendship with Charles Mba who freely revised his political trajectory for reasons that are his, I have always thought that political relations are variable in geometry depending on the circumstances. The political reversal operated by my friends, Frédéric Massavala, Michel Menga, Jonathan Ignoumba, Charles Mba, Jean Pierre Doukaga and the inveterate renegades that we all know, do not concern me at all. Their political motivations are therefore not mine, but our friendly relations will not be affected. Each person is responsible for his actions and gestures and there has never been a crime of friendship.

Political transactionalism will never be my cup of tea. I can rightly point out that if I, Al.Nguia Banda and the Altogov opponents were caught up in chameleonic, ventriloquist and geoethno-linguistic maneuvers, an earthquake of great magnitude would have struck Gabon and a torrent of harsh criticism would have descended further. in the province of Haut-Ogooué.

It is this hemiplegic policy whose thrust arbitrarily and eternally aimed at the nationals of this province which uproots the nobility credibility of Gabonese political life.
