KUWAIT CITY: Pravasi Welfare Kuwait Kerala Festival-2022 has published the schedule of preliminary round competitions and writing competitions. The organizing committee informed that the registered contestants should upload their entries through http://www.pravasiwelfarekuwait.com/round1 within the allotted time. Entries for men’s and women’s writing competitions will close on November 3 at 10 am. Must be submitted online through the website between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
Entries for the preliminary round competitions of Men’s Mappilapat, Lalitaganam and Kavitalapanam should be submitted by 10 pm on November 6. Contestants competing in this category must record video of the events they participate in and upload it to the site. 10 contestants will be chosen from among them and will compete on the main stages in the finals on November 11.
Contestants participating in the Reels competition must submit their entries online through the website by 10 pm on November 6. Enticing events like skits, song renditions, thiruvathira, oppana, mehndi, violin, fancy dress and a drawing competition for children and adults will add to the Kerala festival. Non-resident Malayalis can register through http://www.pravasiwelfarekuwait.com.
