The state program aimed at increasing the birth rate in the country will continue to operate next year. The maternity capital pays the pension fund.
In 2022, the one-time payment for the first child will be 503,237 rubles, for the second – 665,009 rubles, the portal klerk reported. If the family has already received funds for the first child, then for the second it will receive an additional payment in the amount of 161,772 rubles.
The right to maternity capital arises from the moment the baby is born, however, the payment can be received no earlier than 3 years after the birth of the child. To register a capital capital, you must apply to the FIU. You will also need documents proving the identity and confirming the birth of the child.
The funds received can be used to improve living conditions, educate children, increase pensions and purchase goods for a disabled child.
In addition to state aid, residents of the Volgograd region can count on regional support measures. Mothers under 24 years of age can count on a one-time allowance for the birth of their first child in the amount of 53,354 rubles.
The monthly payment (10,414 rubles) is assigned to families at the birth of their first child, if the size of the average per capita income does not exceed 21,784 rubles.
