Experts warn: mortgages will drop from this date

CaixaBank estimates that the drop in interest rates planned for 2024 will lead to a average savings of about 20 euros per month for clients who have a mortgage with this bank. This savings will be extended to mortgage holders with other banking entities: the Bank of Spain considers that households and companies in Spain will begin to experience relief in paying their mortgages as of this year’s March review for the contracts with annual review with Euribor at 12 months.
