The country’s merchandise exports have increased to Rs 36.65 lakh crore in the last financial year 2022-23, compared to Rs 34.60 lakh crore in the previous financial year 2021-22.

This is a growth of 6 percent. Also, services exports are estimated to cross Rs 26.24 lakh crore.

The country’s exports have increased despite global problems such as rising prices of raw materials, restrictions on the export of certain commodities such as wheat, and the Russia-Ukraine war. By 2030, the target is to export 2 lakh crore dollars i.e. 164 lakh crore rupees. We can achieve this goal too.
