From the director and producers of «Paolo Conte, Via con me», a new, passionate musical documentary, also premiered in the Out of Competition section of the 78th Venice International Film Festival: «Ezio Bosso. Le cose che restanoZ, by Giorgio Verdelli, produced by Sudovest Produzioni, Indigo Film with Rai Cinema and out in theaters with Nexo Digital only on 4, 5, 6 October.
At the center of Ezio Bosso’s career and existence (1971-2020), which was the most atypical one can imagine, both for personal and professional events, there has always been a love for art, lived as a discipline and a reason for living. In the film the story is entrusted to Bosso himself, through the collection and putting in line of his reflections, interviews, thoughts in a stream of consciousness that reveals itself and makes us enter his world, as in a diary. The narration is layered, in a continuous cross-reference between image and sound. The artist’s words alternate with his second voice, music, and the testimonies of friends, family and collaborators who help to trace an accurate and precise mosaic of his figure. The bearer of a powerful motivational message in his life and in his music, Ezio Bosso has been and will always be a source of inspiration for anyone who approaches him. “A presence, not a memory”, as the director of the film himself, Giorgio Verdelli, tells us.
