A malfunction of the State Services portal, due to which users were shown the erroneous validity of certificates of vaccination against coronavirus, affected 300,000 people, TASS reports with reference to the portal’s mailing list.
Several portal users had previously told Vedomosti that the validity period of their COVID certificates had been halved. At the same time, there is no official announcement of the changes on the portal itself, and users did not receive notifications about the reduction of the document’s validity period.
“On the morning of November 8, some users of public services noticed that the validity of certificates of vaccination against coronavirus has changed – it was a year, and now it is six months. Errors were made in the certificates of 300,000 people, “- noted in the mailing list” State Services “.
On November 8, a new certificate of vaccination against coronavirus or postponed COVID-19 came into force. Such a document is issued for a year. The portal malfunctioned due to the renewal of issued vaccination certificates.
“The already issued certificates needed to be promptly renewed.
