When Falko Liecke was walking through Neukölln, three men from the notorious Al-Zein clan mobbed him. They wanted to make it clear to him who was making the announcements in “their” part of Neukölln. A friend, a police officer by trade and adept at his manners, came along, so that the men let go of him.
