NASA engineer Eduardo García Llama reviewed the work of his colleague and friend Carlos González Pintado, former Chief of Operations and Deputy Director of NASA’s Deep Space Communications Complex in Madrid. In July 1969 he was one of the engineers at the Madrid base where the first reports of Apollo 11 arrived.
