Munar’s Legacy of Leadership

Pere Munar embarked on his refereeing journey in 1994 and spent 12 years as a professional ACB referee. Beyond his on-court duties, Munar has accumulated over 30 years of active refereeing experience, including participation in summer leagues, U-20 circuits, and the Queen’s Cup. He has also served as a Technical Manager of the Referees Committee and an informant for the Catalan Basketball Federation, demonstrating a commitment to fostering growth within the refereeing community.

Baena’s Continued Presence at the Elite Level

Alberto Baena remains an active referee in both the ACB and Euroleague Basketball, with experience in the ACB and EuroCup Playoffs. He also participated as a guest in the NBA Summer League 2025. Professionally, Baena has dedicated himself to referee training and match analysis, contributing to the Refereeing Departments of FIBA, Euroleague Basketball, the Catalan Basketball Federation, and the National Professional Basketball League of mexico.
