Zurich: FIFA has announced that foreign players and coaches in Russia and Ukraine will have their contracts suspended and transferred elsewhere.

FIFA and UEFA have suspended Russian clubs and national teams following the invasion of Ukraine. It is in this context that FIFA has announced a new decision regarding foreign players.

FIFA said in a statement that foreign players and coaches have the right to suspend their contracts until the end of the Russian football season (June 30).
