Zurich: Brazil will face India in the group stage of the Under – 17 Women’s World Cup. India and Brazil are in Group A of the tournament hosted by India. The other teams in the group are the USA, Brazil and Morocco.
The draw took place at FIFA headquarters in Zurich. The fight is divided into four groups of 16 teams. The tournament runs from October 11 to 30.
India’s first match will be against the US on October 11. All three of India’s group matches will be played at the Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar. The venue was decided by a meeting of FIFA and the Regional Organizing Committee (LOC).
Group B: Germany, Nigeria, Chile, New Zealand
Group C: Spain, Colombia, Mexico, China
Group D: Japan, Tanzania, Canada, France
