Club Deportivo Luis Ángel Firpo learned this Friday that it will be able to schedule night games at the Sergio Torres Rivera stadium, after receiving provisional authorization for the remainder of the Clausura 2024 tournament.

The official headquarters of the bulls was inspected by the Licensing Committee of the Salvadoran Football Federation (FESFUT) and it was found that the lighting does not reach 500 lux, but the board waived that requirement due to the effort to improve the lighting of the sports venue. .

Starting with the 2024/25 season, the Usulutecos will have to meet the lighting quality standards required by the FESFUT Committee to continue playing at night in the local tournament.

Following Fesfut’s notification to the media and the general public, the First Division confirmed an adjustment to the scheduling of the CDLA Firpo vs ADI Metapán game, which had initially been scheduled for next Sunday afternoon.

The match between bulls and jaguars will finally take place this Saturday, April 20 at 7:00 pm at the Sergio Torres Rivera stadium. There will be three seats available for fans: general ($5), shadow ($15) and numbered seats ($20).
