The Quai d’Orsay specifies to “l’Obs” that 54 French people are currently in the Gaza Strip, “which represents around 170 people with our agents and rights holders”.
The five French people evacuated are humanitarians, according to NGO sources. A total of 76 injured Palestinians and 335 foreigners and dual nationals were evacuated from the Gaza Strip on Wednesday, according to an Egyptian official.
