Vanderbilt Announces Return of Popular Flex Meal Deal with Bonus Offer

Vanderbilt University’s Campus Dining is bringing back its highly anticipated Flex Meal Deal, offering faculty, staff, and graduate and professional students a cost-effective way to enjoy on-campus dining with added value. The limited-time promotion, running December 15 through December 19, 2025, coincides with the annual Turkey Toss event.

Enhanced Dining Convenience for the Vanderbilt Community

The return of the Flex Meal Deal addresses a clear need for convenient and affordable meal options within the Vanderbilt community. According to a campus dining official, the program is designed to “provide a flexible and accessible dining experience for our faculty, staff, and students.” This year’s iteration includes a significant bonus: purchasers receive three additional meals with each block of 10 purchased.

Flex Meal Deal Details and Pricing

Typically, Flex Meals are sold in blocks of 10 for $100 (plus tax) for faculty and staff, and $150 (plus tax) for graduate and professional students. However, with the Flex Meal Deal, that same $100 (plus tax) investment yields 13 meals for faculty and staff, while graduate and professional students receive 13 meals for $150 (plus tax). There is no limit to the number of blocks individuals can purchase during the promotional period.

Additional Savings Opportunities

Beyond the Flex Meal Deal, Vanderbilt faculty and staff have year-round access to savings through Commodore Cash. This program offers a 20% discount at any Campus Dining facility, providing a consistent and flexible dining benefit.
