Not even the most trusting fans of Fnatic They would have imagined a season finale like this. Little less than crazy were those who thought that the team could go to the Worlds 2023 just a few months ago. And finally they will travel to korea to, at least, dispute the last ticket to the World Cup LoL.
A miracle that few expected after seeing the team finish 9th in winter, causing the entry of Oscarinin by Wunder and also that of Advienne by rhukz. Not much better was spring, after which the complete botlane changed. From zero to heroes, those from Nightshare changed completely, finishing 2nd in the regular phase and 3rd in the playoffs, getting a ticket for some LEC Seasons Finals where this Sunday they eliminated Excel.
That leaves them with an exciting duel against BDS. Whoever wins will go to Worlds directly, and whoever loses will also travel to Korea, but to face Golden Guardians in the new Qualifying Series 2023. However, for that all-important match, Fnatic loses Oscarinin due to injury.
To provide an update, @OscarininXD suffered a hand injury earlier last week, which many of you noticed during yesterday’s match.
Whilst he performed unaffected yesterday, Oscar will have surgery early this week, and as a consequence, will sadly miss our series vs BDS.

The team announces that early last week he suffered a hand injuryand although it did not affect the performance of yesterday’s game, player and team have decided to minimize risks and will be operated this weekwhich will make him lose, at the very least, that series against BDS.
