In this regard, Dr. Ivan Musorov, a Russian dental surgeon, recommended eating seafood, including fish, as it contributes to maintaining the health of the oral cavity.

Mussurov advised to include nuts, carrots and leafy vegetables in the diet, because these foods help to remove the limescale accumulated on the surface of the teeth, according to the “Time News” website.

He stressed that chicken and quail are sources of animal protein that are beneficial for dental health as well, explaining that chewing solid fruits and vegetables provides the gums with a natural massage session.

He concluded his speech by noting that the sugar in bee honey is not harmful to human health, stressing that there is no objection to including it in the diet, especially as it is a healthy and safe alternative to artificial sweeteners.
