During the early hours of this Wednesday, February 7th, the day he celebrates his 30th birthday, Miguel Vicente decided to give up on Big Brother – Final Challenge. The competitor left the most watched house in the country in tears and left everyone in shock.
«I don’t feel defeated, I know there is still a lot of water running through the river. I have never given up on anything in my life and I want to announce that I am leaving today. My health is above all”, he began to explain, visibly moved.
Rafael Teixeira, the last competitor expelled from the Final Challenge and with whom Miguel Vicente has maintained a very close relationship since the beginning of the game, has already reacted to the Algarve’s decision: «The best player ever has just given up, because Portugal does not have the maturity to face a player who sleeps thinking about what he’s going to do the next day (…) Sad, but happy to see you out here».
Diana Lopes also reacted to her colleague’s decision: «I smiled. The rest is just that… Go ahead!”, wrote the former Big Brother competitor.
Rúben Boa Nova was shocked by the withdrawal of Miguel Vicente, with whom he participated in Big Brother 2022. «I can’t believe it», he wrote in a video watching the competitor’s exit from the most watched house in the country, accompanied by an emotional emoji .
Tatiana Boa Nova also shared her opinion about the withdrawal: «The Final Challenge lost one of its best competitors and it certainly won’t be the same seeing Miguel give up can be a joy for many people, but the reality is that he was doing the program like no one else. And in that he was the BEST. Miguel, congratulations on your courage, for once again being the soul of that house that I had the pleasure of sharing with you. I wish you the best and lots of strength,” she wrote on her social media.
Catarina Esparteiro, who shared a house with Miguel Vicente in this Final Challenge, was not indifferent and left a message to her colleague: «I can’t believe… your birthday.
