Update on Free HPV Vaccination Points at Chulalongkorn Hospital, Thai Red Cross Society
Chulalongkorn Hospital, Thai Red Cross Society is now accepting registrations for the free 4-strain HPV vaccination for boys and girls. Parents are invited to bring their children aged 9-15 years old to receive this important vaccination.
What is Human Papilloma Virus?
Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) is a type of virus that causes epithelial infection. It is one of the leading causes of cervical cancer in women and can also result in genital warts and anal cancer in males.
Terms of Vaccination Service
The vaccination service is available for Thai children, both females and males, aged 9-15 years old (born between September 3, 2008, and July 16, 2014). If they have not received any HPV vaccine before, they will receive the vaccine in two doses. The second dose will be administered six months after the first dose. If the 4-strain HPV vaccine has been previously received, another dose will be given, but at least six months after the last dose of HPV type 2 vaccination. Walk-in services are not allowed; appointments must be made in advance.
Documentation Required
Parents need to bring their child’s ID card, original birth certificate, and personal vaccine book.

The online registration system will be open starting from July 10, 2023, at 09:00 via QR Code or by visiting the provided link. This will be the registration portal for the cervical cancer vaccination service at Chulalongkorn Hospital, Thai Red Cross Society.

Locations for HPV Vaccination Service
The vaccination service will take place at the Bhumisiri Mangkhalanusorn Building, 13th floor, Chulalongkorn Hospital, Thai Red Cross Society.
Important Note
The registration system requires filling in the ID card number. For those who have never received services at Chulalongkorn Hospital before, it is necessary to register as a new patient in advance through the Chula Care application before registering for the vaccination.
