France: Influencer Aurélie Preston in police custody for commissioned kidnapping

France: Influencer Aurélie Preston has been arrested on suspicion of commissioning a kidnapping. The 30-year-old reality TV star is accused of orchestrating a violent robbery of her ex-boyfriend, a Geneva dentist, in June.
The incident unfolded when the victim answered an apparent flower delivery, only to be confronted by a masked man who shoved him and forced his way into the apartment, accompanied by two accomplices. The victim was bound, beaten, and robbed of two Rolex watches worth 25,000 euros.
Preston, known for her appearances on shows like “Marseillais in Thailand” and “Angels of Reality TV,” allegedly had a motive for the attack. She had previously accused her ex-boyfriend of ruining her smile and filed a lawsuit demanding 150,000 euros to repair the damage.
The Versailles public prosecutor has opened an investigation and arrested Preston along with two other suspects. They remain in police custody for up to 96 hours.
