From April 15 to 19, farmers can correct technical errors in the inventory of invoices from applications for state aid “Aid in the form of a discount on the value of excise duty on gas oil used in primary agricultural production” for Campaign 2023, the Ministry of Agriculture announced and the foods.
Data from invoices excluded from the calculation of individual annual quotas are subject to correction. The changes will take place at the Municipal Agriculture Offices where farmers submitted applications for state aid for Campaign 2023.
State aid is provided to farmers in the Crop and Livestock sectors.
Last week, the State Fund “Agriculture” (DFZ) transferred a second tranche in the amount of BGN 7,724,879 million to 13,992 farmers under the gas oil excise tax scheme. The disbursed funds represent 7.9 percent of the approved amount of state aid for all applicants, the DFZ announced.
The first tranche of the due state aid in the amount of over BGN 90 million was paid to farmers on October 30, 2023.
