According to the Law on Amendments to the Law “On State Control of Food Safety” adopted by the RA National Assembly, from December 6, in case of detection of raw materials and products of animal origin obtained as a result of non-slaughterhouse fur during state control, the sale of the entire batch will be suspended, and at the same time, the batch will be confiscated. and destruction decision.

This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

“Expenses related to the destruction of raw materials and products of animal origin obtained as a result of non-slaughterhouse fur are carried out at the expense of the business entity, and in the case of the latter’s refusal to pay the costs, by the authorized body, later by carrying out the collection by judicial order,” the message states.
