I am very happy to inform you that from January 1, all the legal bases for the smooth operation of Artsakh state institutions are available. I no longer have any concerns regarding this issue, for which I am extremely grateful to Artsakh Republic President Shahramanian and all the figures involved in the process.
Unfortunately, due to certain risks, I think there is no need to say more. I will only advise not to consider the problem in the emotional field.
