Peyton Marcus, with over 20 years of experience in the digital media industry, joins the OpenWeb team where she will serve as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer (COO).
This appointment comes after the company announced in recent months a $ 150 million fundraiser and a value of over $ 1 billion. Marcus comes to the position after serving as VP of operations at cable company Altice USA, and before that as VP of operations at the American economic press network Cheddar.

Roy Goldberg, co-founder of the company who has served as COO for the past seven years, will maintain his role on the company’s senior management team and promote the company’s business strategy, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions while expanding into more verticals. “In an age where the web is constantly changing, publishers are primarily concerned with connecting with their users,” says Roy Goldberg.
