From December 1 to 15, the first admission for both will be held interventions “Information in the Member States” and “Promotion in third countries” c the viticultural sectoraccording to Art. 5, Para. 5 of Ordinance No. 14 of 11.09.2023 on the terms and conditions for providing financial assistance for interventions in the viticulture sector, included in the Strategic Plan for the Development of Agriculture and Rural Areas for the period 2023 – 2027 (SG, No. 80 of 2023).

Intervention “Promotion in third countries’ is aimed at promoting wines, including certified organic wines, with a protected designation of origin (PDO), a protected geographical indication (PGI) and for varietal wines without a PDO/PGI, pointing out the advantages of wines produced in the European Union , especially in relation to food quality and safety or environmental care. Applicants for the intervention can be commercial companies working mainly in the viticulture sector, recognized organizations and associations of organizations in the sector, interprofessional organizations under the Law on Wine and Spirits, public bodies when they are not the only beneficiaries of the aid and professional organizations, working mainly in the viticulture sector, including non-profit legal entities.

The intervention “Information in the Member States” is aimed at informing consumers about the responsible consumption of wine and the risk associated with the harmful consumption of alcohol and the European Union PDO and PGI scheme with regard to the specific quality, reputation or other characteristics of wine due of its specific geographical environment or its origin. Applicants for the intervention can be non-profit legal entities according to the Law on non-profit legal entities with objectives in the wine sector, recognized organizations of wine producers and associations of organizations of wine producers, interprofessional organizations according to the Law on Wine and Spirits, as well as public authorities when they are not the sole beneficiaries of aid.

Applicants for interventions in the viticulture sector submit documents for financial support only through the Electronic Services System (ESS) with a qualified electronic signature (ECS).
