Gina Kirschenheiter and Travis Mullen Settle into New Orange County Home

A new chapter unfolds for reality television star Gina Kirschenheiter and her partner, Travis Mullen, as they’ve established a family home in Mission Viejo, California, following a period of separate living arrangements. Real estate records confirmed on August 7th that the couple is currently renting a $1.7 million modern farmhouse, offering a fresh start for their blended family of six children.

A Fresh Start After Personal Challenges

The move comes after a challenging period for the couple, stemming from Travis Mullen’s personal matters involving his ex-wife and their three children. According to sources, the desire for space and stability was paramount in their decision to find a new residence. “Honestly, the biggest and most amazing thing about being in this new house is the space, because Lord knows that we needed it,” one family member revealed. “With the six kids, we’re always running around, and having this really big kitchen really makes our life just so easy.”

Inside the $8,000-a-Month Rental

The 2,800-square-foot property boasts five bedrooms and four bathrooms, and is currently being leased for $8,000 per month. Kirschenheiter recently offered fans a tour of the home via Bravo.com, highlighting her favorite features.

A Kitchen and Pantry Dream

The heart of the home, according to Kirschenheiter, is the spacious kitchen, finished in white with a striking blue backsplash. Equally exciting for the reality star is the inclusion of a dedicated pantry – a first for her. “It seems so simple. But this is the first home that I have had a pantry. It’s a whole room for my snacks,” she gushed.

Family Time and Shared Spaces

Beyond the kitchen, the home emphasizes communal living. A dining room with a round table provides a central gathering spot. “Having a table in our little dining area here that all of us can sit around is a really big deal to us. We have dinner every single night together,” Kirschenheiter shared. The family room is designed for comfort and togetherness, easily accommodating the entire blended family.

the children each have designated spaces within the home. Nicholas, kirschenheiter’s son, enjoys a “black and white,” and “cool and chic” bedroom, while Luca shares a bunk room with Travis’ son Joseph, described as a “real authentic, double-trouble experience.” travis’ daughter, Presley, has a “mature” bedroom with neutral tones, and his daughters Sienna and Bennet share a “girly” space complete with a vanity.

A Tranquil Retreat for Gina

Kirschenheiter also prioritized creating a personal sanctuary. “I wanted it to be tranquil and beautiful and earthy,” she explained, describing her own bedroom.

A Lighthearted Call-Out

The tour wasn’t without a touch of playful honesty.Kirschenheiter jokingly “put Travis on blast” for his cluttered office space located within their master bedroom. “Travis also works in our room. And it actually,it kills me every day. And I want the viewers of Bravo.com to see this so that I can show it to him so that he feels shamed so that he cleans up his desk,” she admitted with a laugh.

Relaxing Amenities and Community Perks

The property also features a small backyard with a patio and a two-car garage. The surrounding community offers a wealth of amenities, including a resort-style pool, community garden, gym, parks, and a clubhouse.

Fans can continue to follow Kirschenheiter and Mullen’s journey as season 19 of The Real Housewives of Orange County airs Thursdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
