A vulnerable man in Glen Marais received critical assistance on February 4 after a concerned citizen alerted authorities to his disappearance.

Kempton Park, February 5, 2026 – A wellness check initiated on February 4 led to the rescue of a well-known homeless man in the Glen Marais area, highlighting the power of community networks in providing vital support. The man, who lives in a makeshift shelter, hadn’t been seen for several days, prompting a resident to request assistance through the Share It Network.
