Golf: American Korda wins Pga Championship, Molinaro third – ANSA

(ANSA) – ROME, JUN 28 – American golfer Nelly Korda wins the Kpmg Women’s Pga Championship and becomes world number one. The 22-year-old daughter of former Czech tennis champion Petr Korda, the first American to conquer the top of golf since 2014, finished (-19) yesterday at the Atlanta Athletic Club in Georgia ahead of compatriot Lizette Salas (-16). Guilia Molinaro finished the third women’s major of 2021 in third position (-10), together with South Korean Hyo Joo Kim. (HANDLE).
