With 24.86 percent of the results of the polling stations in the Republic of North Macedonia processed, the presidential candidate nominated by VMRO-DPMNE, Gordana Siljanovska, received 62.37 percent of the votes against 30.35 percent of the votes for the candidate for a second presidential term, supported by SDSM, Stevo Pendarovsky. This is shown by the initial results of the State Election Commission from the voting in the presidential elections in North Macedonia.

In the parliamentary elections, with the same percentage of processed polling stations, VMRO-DPMNE has 33.80 percent of the votes, with 11.31 percent for SDSM.

In the Albanian political bloc, so far the ratio is in favor of the “European Front” coalition, led by DSI – 22.48 percent, before the coalition of the Albanian opposition parties “Deserves” with 19.25 percent of the voters. “Left gets 5, 14, and I KNOW – 3.76 percent of the voters’ votes.

“It is clear that VMRO-DPMNE has a big lead over SDSM, and Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova will be the new president of North Macedonia”, said the deputy chairman of the party, Timcho Mutsunski, to Sitel TV.

From the initial results of the protocols, which the party is also processing in parallel, Mutsunski believes that VMRO-DPMNE will have at least 55 deputies in the country’s 120-seat parliament, writes BTA.
