According to a recent announcement, producers who are unsure of the amount of cattle manure they will separate in December 2025 are advised to postpone the separation process until 2026 and avoid applying for the measure in the current multiple application cycle. Any manure separation occurring from January 2026 onward will require a separate application submitted in 2026.
Contractual Obligations and Program Continuity

If no application is filed for ground-level spreading or manure separation during the 2025 funding year, the existing contract for these measures will be terminated.
