Guns N’ Roses singer Axl Rose has been sued for allegedly sexually assaulting a former model. Penthouse during a party at 1989as reported by the media ‘TMZ’.
Sheila Kennedy has filed a lawsuit alleging that She was raped during a party celebration. According to the documents, Kennedy says she met Axl at a New York club in February of that year and returned to a private party in his hotel suite.
The plaintiff claims that in that second meeting there were other people using drugs and that she stayed in a room with Rose and two other people. After being left alone, she denounces that the musician sexually assaulted her without giving prior consent and feeling “dominated“.
In the aftermath, Kennedy says that was traumatized, stating that he has experienced anxiety and depression similar to post-traumatic stress disorder. He also claims that her love life has been damaged and is demanding damages from the singer.
