Guru Gobind Singh was the 10th and most important of the Sikh Gurus. ‘Veer Bal Diwas’ day is observed today in his memory. Prime Minister Modi participated in the event.
Speaking on the occasion, Prime Minister Modi said:
Aurangzeb and his men tried to convert the children of Guru Gobind Singh by the sword. That is why Aurangzeb decided to kill the 2 children of Guru Gobind Singh.
Think back to the time when Guru Gobind Singh stood like a mountain against Aurangzeb’s terrorism and his plan to transform India.
