Suspicions arose that actress Ham So-won (48) had assaulted her Chinese husband Jin Hua (30), leading to attempts to contain the situation.
On the 8th, Ham So-won shared a post written by her husband on social media. He wrote, “I thought about it all day and then posted the story.” In the post, Jin Hua admitted, “I think I did something wrong to the child’s mother yesterday. The child’s mother is a good person. Don’t ruin a person because of one photo. I want to let you know once again that the scars in the photo have nothing to do with Ham So-won.”
Previously, on the 6th, Jin Hua had posted on social media, “Ham So-won hit me,” alongside a photo showing injuries around her eyes, nose, and lips. He wrote, “It’s been so hard for the past 8 years. I’m really so tired.”
However, Jin Hua later retracted his statement. He wrote, “I wrote the wrong post that caused misunderstanding. Ham So-won is not a bad person, so please do not misunderstand. I sent it by mistake,” and uploaded a picture of a happy family.
Ham So-won also addressed the assault allegations, saying, ”Jin Hua is also a good person. I am sending this to you who must have been surprised.”
Ham So-won married Jin Hua in 2017 and had a daughter the following year. She previously revealed her married life on TV Chosun’s entertainment show ‘Taste of Wife’, but stopped broadcasting in March 2021 following a manipulation controversy. In December 2022, she announced that she was leaving abroad and is currently living in Vietnam.
