Islamabad: These days, the notorious terrorist Hafiz Saeed is in touch with Hamas. He had also sent a delegation to Doha to express condolences against the killing of Hamas leader Ismail Haniya. This delegation was led by Hafiz Saeed’s favourite Saifullah Khalid. Since the United Nations has banned Hafiz Saeed and his terrorist group Lashkar-e-Taiba, he has started a new organisation by the name of Pakistan Markazi Muslim League. This delegation too had reached Qatar’s capital Doha in the name of Pakistan Markazi Muslim League.
What happened between Hafiz’s delegation and Hamas
In Doha, a delegation of Hafiz Saeed’s Pakistan Markazi Muslim League met Hamas leader Khalid Meshaal. During this, Saifullah Khalid and Faisal Nadeem expressed their condolences over the killing of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyya. During the conversation, Khalid Meshaal said that the Al-Aqsa Storm (attack on Israel on October 7) was launched for the liberation of Palestine, and jihad will continue until independence is achieved. He also appealed for support from Pakistan.
Why is it a matter of concern for India
Hafiz Saeed is a terrorist banned by the United Nations. India has always been his target. In such a situation, if Hafiz Saeed becomes strong or he gets help from a terrorist group of another country, then he will use it against India. Hamas is more powerful than Hafiz Saeed’s Lashkar-e-Taiba in every way. It has a large army of fighters. It is also far ahead of Lashkar in terms of weapons. In such a situation, Hafiz Saeed would like to have a close friendship with Hamas.
